BOSTIK 2012校园招聘实习生项目概述：

  Bostik-2012校园招聘实习生项目将在2012年4月正式启动。此次招聘主旨在于招募高科技、技术研发类专业人才加入Bostik集团，成为企业引以为傲的一份子。

  此次实习生招聘目标为在校，大三、研二，高分子、化学等相关专业的优秀学生。我们将会对其进行全面的实习培养，充分的了解企业的文化理念，同时我们将选择适合我们的优秀实习生，前往Bostik法国总部进行暑期进修。

BOSTIK 2012 intern project

- Launch Intern Program to early attract the potential talents.

- Build “Bostik” brand awareness in China.

- Increase the leadership and project management skill of our HPs

- We target students: mainly for the students in Grade Three or Post Graduate students in Grade Two major in Polymer Chemistry or Chemistry related.  

- We outcome wanted: Hiring 4 interns of a BS or Masters level for first year; Students from 2 target universities have awareness of our company branding

- Have 2 excellent interns to join Total Summer School in France, being our Associate Chemists after graduation

Internship Projects list

-Analytical Support Critical Material Benchmark Program

Analytical lab requires the benchmarking of critical products and raw materials for FTIR and GC to begin building library for future use. Involves hands on experience with critical analytical testing methods.

- Blending Compatibility Studies of HMW Co Polyesters

The purpose of this study is to create and test the full range of blends of different HMW Co polyester resins. This study will give Bostik a better understanding of the full capabilities of our product range.

-Solvent-Free Polyurethane Product Performance Benchmarking

This project will involve extensive experience running materials on Bostik's state-of-the-art pilot lamination line to evaluate the comparative performance of newly localized solvent free PU laminating adhesives

-Business Development Lab Design

This project requires someone with project engineering knowledge. We have the initial stages of a design for a business development lab (also know as "pilot plant"). We would like the person involved with this project to move the designs along far enough that we can begin receiving quotes for equipment and installation.

-Full utilization of Rheometer

1. Reach same understanding level as EU lab and US lab
2. Participate global standardization (calibration) program
3. Full leverage the instrument for HMPSA formula development
4. Investigate correlative relationship between actual performance and rheological data for our product line

-Full analysis on series of Methalocene olefins from different suppliers

1. understand uniqueness, advantage, potential disadvantages
2. Develop more formulation understanding with different olefin polymers 
3. Create a guidebook to understand and leverage each technology or material
---> We should refer PO charter team's learnings.

-Best additive optimization in the adhesive formula to think of stability of adhesive

Best anti oxidant combination

-Full understanding on odor from HMPSA

As odor is becoming one of key factors that we need to understand and deal properly

-New Raw Materials evaluation

1. Feasibility study
2. Acid modified RMs except for SEBS & tackifier resin

-Compatibility study

1. Olefin or modified Olefin VS SBC polymer or elastomeric polymer to improve elasticity & cohesion
